Long descriptionThe defined antibody specificity is directed to the major isotypes of the mouse immunoglobulin system (classes, subclasses and L chain types) including antibody to common determinants, to class and subclass-specific determinants, and to the surface determinants of the common Fab portion as tested against as tested in immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony). The cytochemical grade of GAM/mIg/7S allows its use in different types of highly sensitive immunoassays on appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates; in radioimmunoassay; for the production of immunoconjugates with a selected marker; to prepare immunoaffinity adsorbents by coupling to an artificial carrier; in non-isotopic methodology based on solid phase immunochemistry (e.g. ELISA), both as catching antibody and detection reagent; in Western blotting. This product is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each product should be established by titration before being used. Working dilutions for histochemical and cytochemical use are usually between 1:100 and 1:250; in ELISA and comparable non-precipitating antibody-binding assays are between 1:500 and 1:5,000.
Antibody come fromHighly purified IgG, including all subclasses, and pools of homogenous IgA and IgM isolated from mouse serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Other descriptionPurified hyperimmune goat IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity.

Antibody's reacts withMouse
Antibody's reacts with these speciesInter-species cross-reactivity is a normal feature of antibodies to mammalian immunoglobulins, since homologous proteins of different species frequently share antigenic determinants. The degree of cross-reactivity is also dependent on the concentRations of the reactants and the sensitivity of the assay arrangement. If the product is to be used in the presence of material originating from an other species than Human, prior screening for cross-reactivity with that material is essential and additional adsorption of the reagent may be required to ensure intra-assay specificity.
Antibody's specificityPurified IgG fraction of polyclonal Goat antiSerum to Mouse immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, IgM, heavy and light chains, adsorbed for Human cross-reactivity.

StorageThe lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at +4°C; prolonged storage at or below -20°C. It is reconstituted by adding 1 ml sterile distilled water, spun down to remove insoluble particles, divided into small aliquots, frozen and stored at or below -20°C. Prior to use, an aliquot is thawed slowly at ambient temperature, spun down again and used to prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. Working dilutions should be stored at +4°C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. It will not affect the performance of the product. Lyophilized at +4° C--at least 10 years. Reconstituted at or below -20° C--3-5 years. Reconstituted at +4° C--7 days

DescriptionThis antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody.

PropertiesHuman proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.Immunoglobulin A (IgA, also referred to as sIgA) is an antibody that plays a critical role in immune function in the mucous membranes. More IgA is produced in mucosal linings than all other types of antibody combined. Examples are EMA, ACA ELISA test kits and for diagnostic detection the IgA of Anti-Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1; β2-Glycoprotein 1 Antibodies; Beta 2GP1 Ab, Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1 Antibodies IgG, IgM, and IgAs.Immunoglobulin M, or IgM for short, is a basic antibody that is produced by B cells. IgM is by far the physically largest antibody in the human circulatory system. It is the first antibody to appear in response to initial exposure to an antigen

TestMouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
