More details

CategoryPrimary Antibodies
Long descriptionCD34 is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 105-120kD. The antigen is selectively expressed on Human lymphoid, myeloid haemapoietic progenitor cells and expressed on vascular endothelium. This antibody is of value in the study of benign and malignant vascular tumors as well as in the characterization of leukemias.
Antibody come fromQ-bend 10 is a Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody derived by fusion of p3-NS-0 Mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BABL/c Mouse immunized with an immunogenic fraction isolated from Human leucocytes.
Other descriptionEach vial contains 1ml of culture supernatant of monoclonal antibody containing 0.09% sodium azide.

ApplicationImmunohistochemistry (frozen),Immunohistochemistry (paraffin)
Antibody's suited forQBEnd/10 is useful for immunohistochemistry on paraffin and frozen tissues. No pretreatment is needed for its appliCation to paraffin sections. The advised dilution is 1:10- 1:20 (based on the indirect method), but with an ABC method the dilution can be 5-10 times higher. Optimal antibody dilution should, however, be determined by titration Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris-HCl, pH 7.4.
StorageStore at 4oC, or in small aliquots for prolonged storage at –20oC.

WarningsThis product is intended FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY, and FOR TESTS IN VITRO, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures involving humans or animals. This product contains sodium azide. To prevent formation of toxic vapors, do not mix with strong acidic solutions. To prevent formation of potentially explosive metallic azides in metal plumbing, always wash into drain with copious quantities of water. This datasheet is as accurate as reasonably achievable, but Nordic-MUbio accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this information.

DescriptionThis antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
PropertiesStem cell or hematopoietic marker. The most used affinity clone is QBEND10. We compare the affinity to this clone.
TestMouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
